The grand opening of the Western Wake Farmers’ Market at Carpenter Village will be on Saturday, May 2 from 8 AM until noon. It will feature 20 vendors selling fresh produce, honey, meats, cheese, eggs, flowers, coffee and baked goods – all grown or produced within a 90-mile radius of the market.  For more info, check out the Western Wake Farmers’ Market site.
